This yoga thing is tricky isn't it and most of us are still trying to figure out what goes where. Well we're here to help. Come and learn with us, as we try to help you figure out what goes where. We're not all small and bendy, some of us are built in different ways, it takes time to learn the practice in a way that works for you!
The practice of yoga is about creating a connection; to ourselves, to our bodies, to our minds, to our lives. Through the physical practice, the body will get stronger, but the true power of yoga is what it does on the inside. Yoga helps to calm the chaos in our everyday, the mental stuff, in our heads and daily lives and it reminds us to breathe. Once you move past the stereotype, it's pretty simple: yoga is good for everyone, the benefits are undeniable.
Agni Yoga is an all body and all background inclusive method. It is a Hatha and Vinyasa Flow method that combines the most intelligent principles of alignment to safeguard the safety of the practitioner, with the most free and creative sequencing and teaching techniques that ensure authenticity and inspiration! Whilst other trainings offer one way of sequencing and teaching, we give you the tools to create and express your creations in many different ways!
AGNI Teacher Training is much more than what we do on the mat, it's about cultivating a community of like-minded yogis. It only makes sense that we only have one rule "leave with more friends than you came with!"
