Niko Geo invites you to a special class, restorative yoga with the Alchemy Crystal Tones Singing Bowls sound by Chrisilia Faki.
Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga that focuses on breathing and is realised with the use of props (pillows, blocks, blankets). Through selected asanas it balances internal anxiety while offering deep muscle stretching. This course is combined perfectly with the sound of Alchemy Crystal Tones Singing Bowls and is open to all students’ level.
The crystalline sound of the Alchemy Crystal Tones Singing Bowls embraces our mind and body like a ancient remembering, touching the essence of the soul. Listening to the high harmonics of their sounds we feel deeply relaxed as their pulsating vibrations soften the tissues of our body and shift our brainwaves into a meditative state.
The sound is quantum in its nature and sounds like a pulsating frequency. It creates a natural frequency in harmony with the rest of the body and restores disease imbalances by harmonic patterns thus connecting us in higher conscious states.

Sound Healer, Art Psychotherapist, Artist
She was trained as a Graphic Designer at the Vakalo School in Athens and the London College of Printing in London, focusing on visual communication. She sought the field of art as a therapeutic means of expression that led her to be trained as an Art Psychotherapist at Goldsmiths University in London. where was introduced to the art of Ceramics.
Her interest in archetypes and their symbolic forms enabled her to explore the Sacred Geometry and the geometric forms that the sound creates, as cymatics.Thus her intention for self-awareness manifested her participation on 200h Teacher Training of Prana Vinyasa Flow by Shiva Rea at the OsoYoga partner studio of Samudra Global School of Living Yoga, with affiliated teacher Costantina Maridaki.
It was through this transformative experience that she felt her soul’s inner call to the primordial art of Sound Healing. The haunting power of Sound echo as the most powerful liberating vibration of her soul. She trained as Sound Medicine ~ Quantum Alchemy Crystal Bowl Practitioner with Yantara Jiro at Sound University in London.
